ABOUT COACH PARR

Coach Sabrina Parr is a former Division I athlete, 6x All-American, and certified performance coach with over 20 years of coaching experience.

She has trained hundreds of athletes of all ages, from youth, high school to elite, helping them get faster, stronger, and mentally tougher.

Her coaching goes beyond physical training. Coach Parr knows firsthand what it takes to overcome adversity, build discipline, and develop grit. That’s why her mission is simple: to prepare athletes for success on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
