Led by Coach Sabrina Parr — Division I athlete, 6x All-American, and certified performance coach with 20+ years of experience, our program develops athletes who are faster, stronger, tougher, and mentally prepared for the next level.

What Your Athlete Will Gain

Group Training Details

  • Sessions: 1.5 hours, 3 days per week

  • Location: Houston’s Memorial Park Area 

  • Format: Small group training led by Coach Sabrina Parr

  • Private Training: Available upon request for athletes needing one-on-one focus

Choose Your Package

  • Sunday Service Drop-in Session - $75
  • Every Sunday, all athletes ages 7+ are welcome to come train with me. We will focus on speed, endurance and form. Sessions are at 5:00pm (Memorial Park area. Address will be listed on your confirmation email)
  • Single Session – $150
    Perfect for athletes who want to experience Up to Parr Performance before committing. One 90-minute session focused on speed, strength, and mechanics.
  • 1 Month – $400
    Includes up to 12 group sessions (3 per week). A great way to kickstart progress and see noticeable improvements in just a few weeks.
  • 3 Months – $1,000 (Save $200 vs. monthly)
    Consistent training builds speed, endurance, and confidence. This package gives athletes the time they need to see steady, lasting results.
  • 6 Months – $2,000 (Best Value – Save $400 vs. monthly)
    A full-season commitment for serious athletes who want to maximize performance. With six months of training, athletes transform physically and mentally, preparing for the next level of competition.
